Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. At this time, we ship using USPS option to addresses that are located within the continental United States only. Orders can be cancelled providing you contact us before your order ships. Once your products have shipped, we cannot cancel your order. In-stock items ship within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law. We do not impose sales tax on orders shipped to states that we do not have a nexus.
At this time, we do not offer International shipping.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Accidents happen! Soothe Essentials inspects all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 3 days of delivery.
Please email email@example.com to report any damages and include photos of damaged item. Refunds may take up to 48-72 hours depending on the bank/credit card company used.
We do not cover return shipping costs for returned items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.
